hi guys i saw on your custom server you are recruiting?.

well about myself.i play insurgency everyday....2-3 hrs each time minimum, have a mic,level headed.36 years old.live in michigan(was from uk 4 yrs ago),was in a clan(css,cod2,bf2,cod4(although i dont have that)) for 6 yrs 3 yrs of that i was 2nd in command,more than happy for you to get references from them if you like as i left on good terms.
what is the process? trial for a period of time?

Names Thomson85, im the founder of [DBD], heres the process, you are going to go threw a recruitment phase of 2-4 weeks, to evaluate your personality and if you fit in with the crowd here at [DBD]. You will be approved or declined membership by a [CMD] within that time frame. Throw on the clan tag and recruit rank as such [DBD] Split [R]

Stay active on the clan game servers (we have 2), voice server, and forums and I am sure you will do fine!

So, even though split has not been with us a great while, I myself have had enough playing time to evaluate his character and maturity and find him to be [DBD] material.

Traditionally the decision to become a full member was decided by the commanders. However, split will be the first for the new voting process in which all FULL members will vote yes or no on if he should be accepted! Every member including [SGT] and [CMD] has 1 vote.

When submitting your vote you may include a brief reason as to why you chose your vote, but this is not required!

[CMD] has the authority to overturn any decision in the clan to include this in the best interest of the clan. However this is to be reserved for extreme cases and must be agreed by all Active [CMD].

So you as have 72 hours to cast your votes on split becoming a member. If you do not cast your vote within that time, this thread will be locked and your vote will be void.
