Hey have you guys considered making a Sinjar night map? I'm sure it not that hard and hardcell can do it easily.

I bet that would really have people getting excited and a good way to drive more people to the server.

Fuck, I would be there in a second.

Yes, sinjar at night. I've actually considered doing this myself. But, the download size would be around 70MB, and the download speed could be long, especially if a lot of people have to download the map. But, I does sound like a good project and maybe Hardcell or myself will pick it up. ty

It's been done by "Someone" over at Ligs. I tried it out the other day with some CY peeps. It's pretty darn well done. You can even shoot out some of the lights.

Wrong captain. Actually, it's around 100mb. I stuffed it into an archive that's 35mb. It should auto-dl no problem. Thing is, I don't think it can be played in this format. It may have to be uncompressed by the user or have both the bsp and bzip2 on the server.

There will be another release as soon as the Dev's update Sinjar. Once they do, the author will make appropriate changes and release a "final" version.
