Yeah, if it's only a 1 time thing than thats fine. But if it continues, the ban hammer is needed.

But the only way to kill the entire team in spawn is to use at least 2 nades, so I doubt this was an accident. I went in the server an hour after I saw this post and he was gone, so I wasn't able to spec him.

If this was in fact intentional and happened moe than once, Thomson will have to issue the ban.
