Problem ( really a virus)

Ok guys i need help,


i used to have this free virus program on my computer because my norton ran out so (LOL yiks free virus protection!) i got this free thing and got another virus program that is cheaper then norton, and well now i deleted the free program and it gave me a virus, so this virus makes a error for internet exlporer play and ads play from this website, it is really anoyying (it askes me to reinstall the virus thing to get ride of that virus) when i play that goes up some times and i go to my desktop, it is really annoying so if anyone can help that would be great.
