So far from what I've read, this is going to be a free mod. I'm still waiting for this to come out, it's looking really good.

Easy. First put the icon somewhere safe. Right click on the shortcut and choose properties. There should be a button for "change icon". Browse to where you placed the new icon and click ok or apply.
I would put the icon in the \Steam\SteamApps\SourceMods\NeotokyoSource or someplace similar to make sure you don't accidentally delete it.

I actually had a lot of fun with this mod, i prefer it over cs:s. i am a bit sad there aren't iron sights though. but over all it is pretty team orientated with enough variation in the classes to keep it interesting, at least for me.

I haven't run into the ability to spawn, so it seems a lot like AA or rather, more like CS. It's still pretty fun though, and at least you can have some effect on your accuracy in this game. Still, it doesn't really seem all that amazing, considering that most people don't bother with actually playing the only gamemode that NT currently has. Most people just tend to wipe out the other team instead of going for the ghost.

A couple of times my team set up an ambush at the ghost, with cloaked recons taking high ground and a det. pack right next to it. it worked great. This game is the most fun when the teams work together. If the team is working together and communicating i prefer this over insurgency. But many times it does just became a deathmatch, although killing a support with a knife is always satisfying.
